just a little announcement: counter/field has a new posting schedule. Poems will be posted weekly On wednesdays at 10pm AEST.
On Saturdays at 10am AEST, I’ll do a feature post and maybe an update. The update this week is that the blog is doing very well, and that I’m going to try to get a photo of Molly the dog from ‘Chasing Clouds at the Burrow’. Wish me luck!
The feature this week is ‘The Oars, Forgotten’. It’s a stillness poem, set on the river (as many of my poems are), and is the first piece that ‘broke out’ and resonated with many readers, so I’m quite fond of it.
